So the limit you have to consider is the power to weight ratio. To stay legal it must be 0.2 kw/kg or lower for the A2 license. The 390 Duke makes 32 kW and weighs 149kg dry. That would mean a ratio of 0,21kw/kg. I dont think KTM would market it as a A2 bike if it isn't one, so maybe it is calculated with the fluids.
